In 2019 I obtained a Master’s Degree in Mathematics at the University of Trento in the “Mathematics for Life Science” curriculum, within the track “Modelling and Simulation for Biomedical Applications”. Since November 2020 I have been a PhD student with scholarship at the Department of Mathematics of the University of Trento.

Research Interests

My research is focused on: - Development of new finite-volume numerical schemes for the solution of hyperbolic systems of PDEs and in particular for 1D blood flow equations - Solving exactly the particular Cauchy problems called Riemann problems for different types of hyperbolic systems of PDEs
